These Terms of Use and Sale ("Terms") constitute a legally-binding agreement between Go Care Box, Inc. d/b/a Cozy Curves ("Cozy Curves," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity, collectively "you" or "your") regarding your access to and use of www.cozycurves.com and any other website, application, or service provided by us (collectively, the "Services").

1.3 Third-Party Services: We operate on platforms like Shopify and utilize services like Stripe, PayPal, and Afterpay. Your use of these services is subject to their terms.

2. PRODUCTS AND SALES
2.1 Product Nature: Cozy Curves offers apparel and personal care products via third-party suppliers and drop shipping. Product descriptions, images, and availability are subject to change without notice.
2.2 No Medical Claims: Cozy Curves does not make or support therapeutic, medical, or health-related claims. Our products are for cosmetic or personal enjoyment only. Consult a physician before using devices like red light therapy or topical products if you have medical concerns.
2.3 Risks of Use: You use our products at your own risk. Devices such as red light therapy products or skincare items may cause irritation, injury, or adverse reactions. Cozy Curves is not liable for misuse, allergic reactions, or failure to follow instructions.
2.4 Returns & Refunds: Policies vary by product and supplier. Some products, especially personal care items, may not be eligible for return if opened. Contact Admin@cozycurves.com for product-specific return options. Refunds are at our discretion.
2.5 Shipping: Products may ship separately and from international locations. Processing and delivery times vary. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs or import duties.
2.6 Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals: Subscription plans automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel via your account or by contacting Admin@cozycurves.com. No refunds for partial periods.
2.7 Product Availability and Pricing: Prices and product availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion.
2.8 Product Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, Cozy Curves does not guarantee that all product descriptions or images are free from errors.
2.9 Payment: We accept payments via third-party services. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method and agree to keep it up to date.
2.10 Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your purchase.
2.11 Damaged or Incomplete Shipments: If a product is damaged or your order is incomplete, notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will determine in our sole discretion whether to issue a replacement or credit.
2.12 Personal Use Only: Products are for personal use only. You may not resell or distribute products purchased from us.
3. ACCOUNTS AND DATA
3.1 Account Creation: You may create an account for faster checkout and tracking. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cozy Curves shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected product or $100, whichever is lower.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cozy Curves and its affiliates against claims, damages, and losses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or misuse of products.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
9.2 Binding Arbitration: You agree that disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and not in court, unless you opt out within 30 days of accepting these Terms.
9.3 Class Action Waiver: You agree not to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
9.4 Small Claims: Either party may bring eligible claims in small claims court in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
9.5 Limitation Period: Any claims must be filed within one year of the cause of action or be permanently barred.

11. MISCELLANEOUS
