This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) outlines how orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered by Cozy Curves (Go Care Box, Inc. d/b/a Cozy Curves) (“Cozy Curves,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) in connection with purchases made through www.cozycurves.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Policy.


1. Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing typically takes 1–7 business days, but timeframes may vary based on product type, supplier, or stock availability.
  • We use multiple third-party fulfillment partners and dropshipping platforms (including but not limited to AliExpress, AutoDS, and other international suppliers). Shipping timelines and packaging may vary accordingly.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates only and may differ by destination, product, supplier, customs clearance, or carrier conditions. Cozy Curves does not guarantee delivery dates.

  • Standard Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 7–20 business days
  • Standard International Shipping: 10–30+ business days
  • Expedited/Express Shipping: May be available for select products and destinations. Eligibility, rates, and timelines will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

Some products may qualify for faster delivery, but others—especially those shipped from overseas suppliers—may require longer transit times.


3. Multi-Item Orders

Items in the same order may ship separately from different suppliers or warehouses. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages.


4. Shipping Fees, Promotions & Free Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on supplier rates, product dimensions, weight, and destination.
  • From time to time, Cozy Curves may offer promotional shipping discounts or free shipping thresholds. These offers are subject to change without notice and may apply only to specific products, countries, or cart values.
  • Some products may qualify for free or discounted shipping while others may not, even within the same order.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other fees imposed by local authorities.
  • Cozy Curves is not liable for any such charges or for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

6. Delivery to APO/FPO/DPO and P.O. Boxes

  • Shipping availability to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or P.O. Boxes will vary by supplier and product.
  • Some suppliers may be unable to ship to these addresses, and Cozy Curves makes no guarantee of delivery to such locations. If your address is restricted, we will attempt to notify you or cancel/refund the applicable item at our discretion.

7. Tracking Information

  • Tracking details, when available, will be emailed upon shipment.
  • Not all international packages offer end-to-end tracking. Tracking status may remain static during customs inspection or international transit.

8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees or non-refundable charges.
  • If an order is returned to sender, we may offer store credit or reshipment at our sole discretion.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact admin@cozycurves.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
  • While we are not responsible for delays or loss caused by third-party carriers, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to assist you with filing claims or obtaining resolution when possible.
  • Cozy Curves is not responsible for damage to items occurring after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

10. Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping availability and restrictions (including product eligibility, carrier options, or destination exclusions) vary by item, supplier, and local regulations.
  • Cozy Curves reserves the right to cancel or refuse shipments to any destination, address, or customer at our discretion.
