This Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") describes how returns, refunds, exchanges, and related issues are handled by Cozy Curves (Go Care Box, Inc. d/b/a Cozy Curves) (“Cozy Curves,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order on www.cozycurves.com (the “Site”), you agree to the terms below.


1. General Policy Overview

Due to our use of multiple third-party suppliers and global drop shipping partners, return and refund policies vary by product. Some items are not eligible for return, especially personal care products, intimate apparel, or opened or used merchandise.

We reserve the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange request at our sole discretion.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Opened, used, or tampered personal care products (e.g., creams, oils, devices)
  • Intimate apparel or undergarments
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or final sale items
  • Items marked “non-returnable” or “non-refundable” on the product page

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at admin@cozycurves.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or video evidence (required for resolution)

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund depending on the nature of the issue and the supplier’s policy.


4. Return Eligibility (If Applicable)

If a product is eligible for return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is approved by Cozy Curves and/or the supplier for return

Unauthorized returns or items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.


5. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact Support@cozycurves.com with your order details and reason for return
  2. If eligible, we will provide return instructions and a return address (which may be outside the U.S.)
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost or unverified returns

6. Refunds

If a return is approved and received in acceptable condition:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

If you paid using Afterpay, PayPal, or other third-party financing, your refund will be subject to their policies and timelines.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

To request a cancellation, email Support@cozycurves.com immediately with your order number.


8. Exchanges

We do not offer traditional product-for-product exchanges due to supplier limitations. If eligible, you may return the item (if allowed) and place a new order.


9. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your return or refund request, please contact us to attempt a resolution before initiating a chargeback or filing a dispute. We will do our best to resolve issues fairly.

💬 Can I return my item?

It depends on the product. Many of our items are shipped directly from third-party suppliers, and return eligibility varies by product, supplier, and fulfillment location. Not all items are returnable. Please check the product page or contact us for clarification.

🧴 Which items are non-returnable?

Due to hygiene and supplier restrictions, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used personal care items (e.g., creams, oils, skincare devices)
  • Intimate apparel or undergarments
  • Items labeled “final sale” or “non-returnable”
  • Products damaged due to misuse or failure to follow instructions

🔄 Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer traditional exchanges. If eligible, you may return your item (if approved) and place a new order.

🕒 How long do I have to request a return?

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery. After this window, we cannot guarantee a return or refund.

🚚 Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

📦 Do I need to return the item to a U.S. address?

Not always. Since we use international suppliers, you may need to ship the return to an overseas warehouse (such as in China or another country). We'll provide the correct return address if your item is eligible.

💸 How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if required), your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund timing also depends on your bank or payment provider.


📝 How to File a Return

To request a return or report an issue, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email Us
    Send a message to Support@cozycurves.com with the subject line: RETURN REQUEST – [Your Order Number].
  2. Include the Following Info
    • Full Name
    • Order Number
    • Product Name(s)
    • Reason for return (please be specific)
    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue (for damaged/defective claims)
  3. Wait for Review & Approval
    • We will review your request and check the item’s return eligibility with our supplier.
    • If approved, we will send you the return address and next steps.
    • Unauthorized returns or items sent to the wrong address may be denied and are not our responsibility.
  4. Ship the Item Back (if required)
    • Use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt.
    • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
  5. Refund or Resolution
    • Once the item is received and inspected (if applicable), your refund will be processed.
    • In some cases (such as product defects), we may issue a store credit or partial refund without requiring a return.
